I always find Lisa very efficient, helpful and she very much understands the needs of our event. On this particular event, I had been asked to trail a different agent, however, they massively let me down but providing venues that didn't meet our needs and despite making multiple promises, taking far too long to provide any options. Luckily for me Lisa did an amazing job working her magic and found us a venue which is good value and meets our needs.
