Our purpose built conference and banqueting facility Tŷ-Nest is suitable for Weddings, Dinner Dances, Parties, Conferences and Exhibitions. The Function room can cater for 200 to 250 people depending on the layout of tables and we are licensed for 300 people. We offer a variation of dinner menus or buffet style catering to suit your individual needs for all occasions. With original walls and exposed beams our function suite creates the friendly welcoming atmosphere you would expect in the Teifi Valley. Penbontbren offers you the use of our private, and very comfortable, conference facilities in our popular lounge area which during the day is unused. The area is totally adaptable to your requirements and is also guaranteed to be quiet throughout your conference. (A visit is recommended). Many customers are happy with our own informal layout of furniture but we are also pleased to provide specific conference tables, and overhead projector and screens. A wi-fi connection is also available at a modest rate. During your conference we offer coffee/tea according to your preference. Our kitchen can provide sandwiches, a buffet or a full sit-down meal as required.

CONFERENCES Enjoy the very charming and relaxed atmosphere, which is conducive to good learning and use of meeting time. There is ample off road parking and the grounds can be used for team building and development exercises. Conferences and meetings are supported by our high class kitchen and restaurant to provide full meals, buffets or finger food light meals. An unexpected advantage is that Mobile phones have limited or no signal, and this enables delegates to concentrate on the conference without being distracted. Of course, delegates can be contacted at any time through the hotel switchboard.
